This FTP Link is a resource that allows subcontractors and suppliers to download bid packets, plans, specifications, addenda and individual sheets for bidding and building purposes.
Please note that these projects are protected by a login name and password and you must receive a formal bid request or specific instructions from our project management staff in order to access the FTP site plan room.
The online plan room allows subcontractors to:
- View project documents
- Download project documents
Plan Well
The Planwell online plan room
allows subcontractors and suppliers to preview
bid packets, plans, specifications, addenda and individual sheets before
purchasing.
Please note that each project is protected by its own unique login name and password and you must receive a formal bid request or specific instructions from our project management staff in order to access the online plan room.
The Planwell plan room allows subcontractors to:

- Select specific items for purchase
- Purchase project documents online
