In 1989, Chuck and Naomi Avila left their corporate careers to pursue their dream of starting their own construction company. Before starting CA Construction, Chuck was a senior executive for a general contracting firm in Orange County, CA. He ran the company’s entire Southern California division which served most regions south of Ventura County. Chuck was responsible for overseeing all departments which included administrative, accounting, marketing, estimating and production. It was under his direct leadership for ten years that the company grew from a small general contracting firm into a large multi-million dollar operation. It was also during this time that Chuck came to realize his dream of one day having his own construction company that would be committed to delivering quality and service with integrity.
Chuck did not compromise in carrying out his dream, CA Construction is an award winning company that is owned by Chuck and Naomi who still manage the daily operations. The Avila’s have ingrained honesty and integrity as core values that are embraced by the corporate culture at CA Construction. The company’s values are reflected in it’s commitment to conduct all business practices in a fair and ethical manner, it’s promise to provide each customer with the finest craftsmanship, and it’s determination to complete each project in a timely and cost effective manner. The Avila’s have stood firm in their uncompromising commitment to maintain these values and to ensure that they are reflected in every aspect of every CA Construction project.
Today, the company serves hundreds of customers annually and has already outgrown two facilities. CA Construction now occupies a 15,000 square foot facility and employs a staff of administrative personnel, customer relations personnel, craftsmen, estimators, construction managers, designers, architects and consultants.
